Despite its multiple strengths, a much-noted flaw of previous Sage ACT! releases has been their inability to perform expansive searches for information. This shortfall has meant users had to spend considerable time searching through individual attachments and contact files to find the information they needed. In reaction to this user feedback, Sage ACT! now includes an expansive, new Universal Search feature.
