Sage ACT! - Scratchpad

So, Sage ACT! 2012 was released in the UK early in September with a host of new features to solve everyday issues for existing ACT! users and to attract new audiences. In this blog we have already delved in to what the New Universal Search function can offer, and now to the Virtual Scratchpad.

The Virtual Scratchpad is just that, a virtual (standalone) notepad on which you can record notes, to dos and reminders. The items recorded on the Sage ACT! Scratchpad can be checked off, printed and even pushed into ACT! to create new activities or notes.

In our opinion, the Sage ACT! Scratchpad is a great addition. Not only does it make the trusty 'post-it' notes surplus to requirements (which has obvious green benefits), it also removes the need for re-keying information saving time - write the note and push it across into ACT! CRM, opposed to writing down a note and manually typing into ACT!.
